Issue resolution is for those customers that need small services that are not complex enough to be considered custom development. For example, if you did not order installation and you need us to setup the cronjob for you, then you can order issue resolution. After you contact support we will let you know whether we will cover the issue with our free support or if you will need to purchase issue resolution services.
Note:after contacting support you will be told the quantity you have to purchase for the service you are requesting. The quantity does not refer to the number of issues that will be resolved by our support. Each issue might require more than one quantity of the issue resolution service.
