- What kind of discounts do you offer?
Orders with two or more extensions receive 10% off as long as total order amount is greater than 115 USD. Please add extensions to your cart to see if your order qualifies. If you will be making a larger purchase (> 500 USD), then please contact support for an additional discount.
- What kind of refund policy do you offer?
30 days no questions asked refund policy. We are serious about customer satisfaction and our generous refund policy proves our confidence.
- How are partial refunds impacted by discounts?
If you purchase two extensions and received a discount as a result and then later ask for a refund of one of the extensions, then your refund amount will be equivalent to the non-discounted amount. This is to prevent customers from abusing our generous discount and liberal refund policies.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal at this time.
- May I make payment in another currency than USD?
No, we display other currencies as a convenience only. PayPal will convert your currency to USD on your behalf. The conversation rate PayPal uses may differ from ours, so the price in your non-USD currency may be slightly different when you checkout.
- How quickly after ordering software may I download it?
Usually immediately after you pay. If not immediately, it should take no longer than 30 minutes.
- How long do you offer free support?
We offer free support for 6 months or in accordance with your upgrade plan
- Does free support cover everything I may need?
No. In theory free support does not cover extension installation, custom coding, Web design, data migration, compatibility issues between our extensions and others, extension modifications, Magento upgrading, and things of things of this nature. These things may cost extra.
However, free support will often provide guidance on many of these issues and point you in the right direction to make your life easier when you complete many of these tasks. Also, we will answer questions about our extensions, quickly respond to any bugs not related to extension conflicts, and things of this nature.
We take support very seriously. In practice, we have helped many customers with issues outside of the scope of free support without charging them. We have offered free support for such things as compatibility issues, installation, and debugging. However, this is based on a case-by-case basis as resources permit.
- Is free support unlimited?
No, we provide a reasonable level of support to a customer. If a customer requires an abnormal amount of support, then we reserve the right to charge the customer for this abnormal support need. In practice, this has ocurred very, very rarely and has only occurred when a customers' support need exceeded the cost of their purchase.
- What does "professional installation" provide?
We will upload the packages to your server, set the permissions correctly, and verify cron settings are correct. If possible, we will also take a backup of your Web site. For many of our extensions, that is all that needs to be done. However, some extensions have frontend elements (ajax cart, for example), and we are not responsible for integrating this into your custom theme.
In theory, installation does not include custom development, handling extensions incompatibilities, Web design, editing your custom template files, upgrading the extension to a new version, or configuring the extension on your behalf. For these services, an extra charge may apply.
In practice, if during the installation process we see something that we can quickly do that will make your life easier, we have been known to do this. However, this is done on a case-by-case basis.
- Is your software encoded or encrypted?
Our software is partially encoded via IonCube. This does not affect the extensions ability to perform. You may still extend the extension by extending methods. No template files are encoded. Since our software just works, this does not affect our customers.
Prior to installation, you will need IonCube installed on the server. The vast majority of Web hosting companies already have this installed. Any hosts targeting Magento will have this as IonCube is required by Magento Enterprise.
We prefer not to encode our software, however, prior to encoding 10-15% of customers would order, ask for a refund, and still run our software. We have found that encoding the extension does not impact our customers and enables us to keep prices low and stay in business.

- How many installations may I install an extension on?
If you order one license of an extension, then you may install it on one production installation. You may also install it on an unlimited number of non-production development installations. If you run one Web site that is load balanced across many production servers, then you will only need one license for this situation.
- How long will I receive upgrades for software?
Most software includes 6 months of upgrades. However, you may choose to purchase a longer upgrade plan during checkout. We recommend 1 year.
- How much does a support / upgrade plan cost?
If your support / upgrade plan has expired and you wish to purchase a new plan, then you can purchase one for 15-70% of the new price of the extension. 30% is the average price, but it depends on purchase history, the extension, and historical support costs.

- Where may I download the software?
Got to your account page, click "Manage Installations," and add your installation. Once your installation is added, click on it and click "Add Software to Installation." Please add the software you wish to run on that installation, including dependencies. Now you may download the extension files that are optimized for your version of Magento.
- My extension has stopped receiving updates, how do I get more?
If your upgrade plan (6 months, 12 months, etc) has expired, you may get more upgrades by contacting support.
- May I upgrade an extension's license?
Yes, if you ordered an extension and want to upgrade its license (such as the number of stores the extension can be run with), then please contact support.
- May I downgrade an extension's license?
No, we do not offer downgrading a license.
- May I transfer an extension to someone else?
Yes, please contact support.
